Kim's professional experience in real estate dates back to 1983, working for Century 21™ in Las Cruces. He started Doña Ana Properties LLC in 1984 upon obtaining his broker's license. The office specializes in property management for rental units, houses, and commercial plazas since it began.

Prior to moving to Las Cruces in 1982, Kim was manager of passenger services and manager of reservations of the New England region for Trans World Airlines™ from 1974 to 1982. He began his career with TWA™ in St. Louis, MO in 1964.

With Kim's managerial background and US Marine Corps Reserves (1969-1975) experience, he has been equipped to structure Dona Ana Properties, LLC, with professionalism that shows in every aspect of his work. He has gained the respect of his property owners, as well as his tenants, with steady continuous growth. This respect is also reflected by the referrals from the real estate community.
